Prices and Payment

Based on your location outside EU, you will be informed during the order process that these taxes do not apply to you. This kind of international shipment does not include any tax or duties from our side. It is the responsibilty of the customer to check and pay for it. We advise international customers to be aware of applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. Please let us know, if you need any assistance.

We accept PayPal and all major international credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to Log In and review the amount shown before clicking Pay Now.

Shipping policy

All EU- Countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty paid) basis, that means that all relevant taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Other countries (and GB) we ship to on demand: Please contact me for details concerning potential additional shipping costs and time schedules. Please be aware that if you are based outside EU you will also have to pay tax and duties on your purchase and you might consider this as well while a potential exchange procedure. Delivery time: Germany 3-5 days EU about 7-10 days. 

Returns and exchanges

In order to preserve your cancellation right, it is simply necessary to submit your declaration before expiry of the constellation period.

We will collect from your home for free inside of EU. If you are outside EU the return might incur transport costs depending on the destination, we will inform you about applicable costs and organize the shipment for you. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the EU you might need to pay taxes and duties on this. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and carefully packed. Upon return of an item our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given. Meerglanz does not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and notification. 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or can also be booked as store credit to your Meerglanz account, if it is an exchange procedere. The timeschedule of these procederes might vary on behalf of payment providers.
