We have carefully selected our delivery providers, which are Intex for Germany and DHL and Fedex for the rest of the world. Before we put your jewel into a neutral package for safety reasons, we are doing a detailed control check, if it is free of any damage. It is fully insured on its journey from door-to-door. As soon as you sign the receipt document of our logistic partner, the insurance will end.
If you see any damage at the package at that moment, please remark this on the delivery sheet of our logistic partner. If there should be any damage at the jewel itself, it is always quality checked by us before departure, please claim by email immediately to email@example.com, photo appreciated., max. during 24 hours after the delivery.

All EU- Countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty paid) basis, that means that all relevant taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We of course hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return for cancellation or exchange.

In order to preserve your cancellation right, it is simply necessary to submit your declaration before expiry of the constellation period.
We will collect from your home for free inside of EU. If you are outside EU the return might incur transport costs depending on the destination, we will inform you about applicable costs and organize the shipment for you. Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the EU you might need to pay taxes and duties on this.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and carefully packed. Upon return of an item our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.
Meerglanz does not accept any item sent back without prior consultation and notification.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or can also be booked as store credit to your Meerglanz account, if it is an exchange procedere. The timeschedule of these procederes might vary on behalf of payment providers.
